a low level formatting.

I have had a few crashes where I had to take it to have new tracts ( low level formatting) replaced to use it.

Downloaded and installed. Was working great until a power outage.....now it's asking us to activate again......also can you use the advanced tools to pick which file types you want or do you have to wait until after it scans the whole 1TB drive?
