Downloaded and installed. Was working great until a power outage.....now it's asking us to activate again......also can you use the advanced tools to pick which file types you want or do you have to wait until after it scans the whole 1TB drive?

the scan completed in about a week, we were in the process of actually moving the files when we had a power failure due to a storm. It appears we have do do the scan all over again and the program file is asking us to activate again (which we already did....so we could use the full version). HELP!
